Product Description
Generic name: 5% Flunixin meglumine
Main composition: Each ml contains:

Indications
Antipyretic, antiphlogistic and anti muscle ache, used for fever and inflammatory disease in livestock and little animal; Muscle ache and soft tissue ache, fever, endotoxin inflammation and septicemia.
In cattle, Flunixin Injection is indicated for the control of pyrexia associated with bovine respiratory disease and endotoxemia and acute bovine mastitis,also indicated for the control of inflammation in endotoxemia.
In horse, Flunixin Injection is recommended for the alleviation of inflammation and pain of musculoskeletal disorders and for the alleviation of visceral pain associated with colic
Administration and dosage
Cattle: 1.1 to 2.2 mg/kg (0.5 to 1mg/lb;1 to 2ml per 100 lbs ) of body weight given by slow intravenous administration either once a day as a single dose or divided into two doses administered at 12 hour intervals for up to 3 days. The total daily dose should not exceed 2.2mg/kg(1.0mg/lb) of body weight. Avoid rapid intravenous administration of the drug.
Horse: By intravenous or intramuscular , 0.5mg per pound (1ml/100lbs) of body weight once daily, for 5 days.
Pig: 20mg per kg of body weight, 1-2 times per day.
Dog and cat: 1-2mg per kg of body weight, 1-2 times per day.
